Question advice please

We have a new ISP provider whose system is better than the previous one we had for about 8 months . This new provider has taken money from our bank account ( 28 days ago ) for a service we did not ask for , did not sign to or even receive . Numerous phone calls , at our expense , have only got us promises from their customer services that the money would be returned ; this has been promised since the 10th December . We are both running out of patience . Today at our Bank the friendly gentleman there informed us that because this withdrawal is over 20 days old there is nothing he can do .
So has anybody got any good ideas for us ?

Tellitec are supplying a good service so we are intending to stay with them .
We await a reply from their customer service on wednesday and it could be sorted out by then . Moraira is a fair trip up from here and it would be our diesel . Thanks for your help so far .

What jdr meant was, did you tell your bank not to make any further payments? That was advice in so far as, if you didn´t instruct your bank to this effect then they will continue to make payments and you will be even more out of pocket.

Your post doesn´t make it clear whether Tellitec are the company you say are taking money out for services you are not receiving.

OK I will make it perfectly clear now . We have a wi-fi connection with Tellitec , €34.80 a month . They have taken €63.00 from our account for VOIP which we did not ask for , sign for or want . Their customer services have not been very helpful and just fob us off with promises .
The reason that I may have appeared vague was caution on my part .
While I am here can somebody explain jdr´s comment of 5.12pm ? Was it meant as encouragement or was it just a smart arse gobbing off ?

I don`t give smart arse gobbing off answers, you obviously don`t know a lot about Spanish banks, they are in their own little world.
Also if you want advice then you better change your childish attitude and best of all don`t upset the mods.
