I'm not entirely sure and stand to be corrected but the leaving and coming back thing is to do with maintaining status.

Being lawfully present in the US having been admitted under H1-B status...

HSA Visa card for contact lenses

Hi all,

I recently tried buying contact lenses online using my HSA visa card and the buggers rejected it.

Has anyone used one of these useless pieces of plastic for anything more than ear wax...

This is true, H1-B's are not supposed to suppress local wages.

Regarding fees, IIRC, the employer has to pay the filing fees (other than premium processing) and these cannot be reclaimed from the...

Sorry, was in fairly advanced state last night, should have made myself clearer.

You are entirely correct, of course. I just dislike the plural use. Sounds ugly.

A Desmond is just that. US degrees are normally considered equivalent to UK degrees in the UK (not least because it usually takes a year extra to get the same level of degree in the US).
