The only change I can see from a SW application is that the points have now come down to around 67.

What else is required? Do I need a job offer too??

8 months seems really quick, they last time I applied it took over 2.5 years as the point systems had moved up and then down again, so the office had to re-open...

I applied in March 2003 and received my AOR in April 2003. According to my lawyer, it will take a minimum 6 to 8 months before i hear anymore.
