Yup, me :) I'm in Stadshagen, Zwolle but originally from Scotland. Lived here with my boyfriend (soon to be husband) for 3 years and I work in Apeldoorn :)

Not necessarily. My contract was written in English with reference to the fact it had been translated from the Dutch document and in line with the Dutch law.

I came here pretty much the same 2 years ago and now I speak enough Dutch to be understood and I have a job.

For Sky, you need to be registered at a UK address you have access to - in this case I have mine at my parents. I found this guy very helpful - [email protected]

Yeah, I can get Pataks in the supermarket, but it's not like back home...... we went to an Indian restaurant last year and the owner greeted us and asked if everything had been ok and that she hoped...

Dutch music can help you learn.... I have Gordon's album on my ipod and I listen to it quite a bit and I pick up words from that :)

The problem with the travelling thing is that even though you are willing to do so, Dutch employers tend to take people on who live closer mainly because its normal for employers to pay up to 100% of...

Klare Taal is a very good book for Grammar. It has 2 pages for each chapter. One explaining how to use phrases and terms and the 2nd page is an exercise page so that you write what you have...
