:) Another big thanks to Bannie, Ritu, xLaLax, Sally and Cooler. I was expecting a CO allocation, but the straight grant was unexpected.

XLaLax, I applied on the 31st of March 09 and got the grant...

I went from "No CO" straight to "Applicant Approved". Saw the update in my online status today.

I know that once a visa is refused by DIAC, you have the option of going to MRT (Migration Review Tribunal).

Just a quick question on that, Is the Federal Magistrate Court of Australia the same...

Its a worry for sure. But since the review is due in October, I'm guessing that the decision will not come into force till around December/January. So just maybe CSL (in its current form) will stay...
