Tomatoes are ripening now, the nibbled or ones that go squishy in places get trimmed and frozen for chutney later in the autumn.

Our basement also has natural gas heated hydronic baseboard heating just like the rest of the house, so it would appear to have been designed as part of the living space from the get go.

Where we live in central PA there is lots of nature, but I've never seen a snake. We regularly see chipmunks, squirrels and rabbits, occasionally deer, groundhogs and possums, in the spring black...

Steelers/Penguins/Pirates for city teams and then all the college sports too. The place gets very busy when the Steelers and Pitt have home football games...
