We have no picture, ornaments etc.

House has only recently been modernised over the last year. loft conversion etc. Our house is like a show home at all times ready for a viewing.

All 4 agents...

Thats exactly what we have to do in 2wks time. VALIDATE cos we cant sell our house has been on the market since Oct, dropped 50K..
And we have 4 agents.

Hi who you flying with cos we are flying two weeks tomorrow Singapore Airlines to Perth but sadly we are only validating cos we cant sell our house. :scared:

Yes I phoned up a similar firm and they offered us 250k for house. It was up at the time for 350K. Now 329K. So a big con unless you want to give your house away then it`s not worth it!!!

The way I understand it is you can go to Oz after hubbie. As long as the main applicant goes 1st. As long as you have also both gone before your time is up on the visa. I am sure someone will correct...
