YOu need her arrival record (I-94) to submit form 765 so there is no way you can send the application with out it.

SS#

Oscar went to the SS office this morning and every thing ran smoothly!!! He was told to call tomorrow to get the actual number. As soon as we get the number, he's off to fill out job applications...

On June 18, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

WE GOT APPROVED TOO!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is excellent news. This means MSC is working on end of March receipt dates. Be glad that it was approved!! Keep us posted on your card!! Looks like the rest of us have a few weeks left...

Oscar's medical doctor was kind enough to give him a copy of the vacc. supplement. He said to hang on to it, so I submitted a copy of it with the packet and BCIS accepted it!!! Good luck...

Biometrics update

My husband had his picture and fingerprints taken this morning. It was a breeze........no wait at all. The entire procedure took about five minutes.

Claudia - Oscar filled out an affidavit in order...

Claudia - Oscar filled out an affidavit in order to excuse the abcense of a social security card. Everything went smoothly. In Texas, you do no need an SS# to get a DL. Hope this helps.
