Sorry you are having such a tough time. I feel the same. the EA only ever gives me about 12 hours notice max and it's exhausting when you have kids - and we're trying to clear our business storage...

Today has been a really bad day. THe Ea said we were having a view 1-1.30pm...they arrived at 2.20pm, had the kids sitting (looking tidy!) for an hour. Get a call from EA in the afternoon the buyers...

Thanks for the advice., well we have now reduced below the 2 offers on the table of 197k & 195k, down to 194k. So i think the most we would get out of those buyers if they did come back...
