Healthcare is the biggie imo. It's very difficult for someone who is young and healthy to grasp the possible ramifications of the insane system and cost of healthcare access here. And if you stay...

In an attempt to rescue this thread from AmerLisa's normal modus operandi of sidetracking threads into ratholes, here's my take on the "American dream": it's far less obtainable than it was 25 years...
