And the point of telling me the price of petrol today is what exactly? The price varies wildly depending on the day, last friday it was $1.62 Do you want me to show you the receipt?

Here in Sydney, last friday I filled up with 95 octane for $1.62 at woolies (the cheapest near me)

I think relatively thanks to the exchange rate it has not changed. In 2005 when I first came here petrol was 80p vs 92c with an exchange rate of 2.44
now it's £1.38 vs $1.62 at an exchange rate of...

Oh you know, things like turning lights on, cooking, heating, cooling,tv, computers etc. if electric goes up anymore it will be time to get out the candles! Ive already smashed my head into a door...

If you live in the English countryside at the moment then don't even think about coming here. Give me the drab UK weather any day, at least in the UK you can always dress for the weather and go out...
