Well you are right with the houses - we are in an old, old 'traditional' house in Nedlands, 5 mins to CBD, 5 mins to the river, 2 mins to UWA , lovely original features BUT nothing like the house...

I think you are way off the mark with the 40 minute commute to Canning Vale - more like 1hr and 15mins. Correct me if I'm wrong someone.

No, the most direct route is marmion avenue then onto the Mitchell Freeway then through the CBD to the Kwinana Freeway then off at either Leach Highway or the Roe Highway - NOT a trip I would like...

Don't want to put you off - but Canning Vale, as someone said is SOR and to be honest it would probably add on another 20 minutes journey from the CBD. Is your heart set on Iluka or are you open to...
