I like the term but previous US involvements didn't work out too well, ie. Korea, Vietnam and Iraq (which is still a work in progress). History doesn't seem to be in its favor sadly.

The Federal Government was born out of the Constitution and was intended as a system of checks and balances and as a way of coordinating rules and regulations that benefit all 50 States in such areas...

The obvious answer is they want to privatize everything. Private schools, private medical care (with little or no subsidy) and minimal oversight of environmental issues and that's just the beginning....

The TP lot are promising a new version of that in the form of Grover Norquist's Anti-Tax pledge. Of course they'll immediately forget about it when it benefits them if and when (hopefully never) they...

Boy did you hit the nail on the head. I never had much of a view of Ron Paul until that debate. I did like his past stance on removing the troops from Iraq etc but on that debate he sounded too Sue...
