daily usual

Cereal something (today it was porridge) + one round of Toast, some fruit if we have any, along with a glass of water + a cuppa tea

This morning I took a hot cross bun, cut into two pieces & made it into french toast, lots of syrup on top with cinnamon sugar added

local deli has Pancetta on special $0.99/100g (fresh really white fat on it) lean it was - not pre-packaged, slice it as you like it

Had them slice 10 slices on the number 3 thickness to represent...

wife is sick with a bad cold so she skipped breakfast. I had a slice of toast with lemon curd along with a cuppa tea.

Half a grapefruit + a 4 minute boiled egg, finger soldier toast for dipping, together with a cuppa tea.

This morning & yesterday it was & is one plain slice of toast (no butter or marg) with either some honey or home made jam spread, downed with a cup of black tea, along with vitamin E & D3...

similar this morning also, for the two of us it was - 2 plain pancakes each, 3 slices bacon each (carvers streaky bacon on special $1.99/lb) with non-maple syrup, the low cost brand from the dollar...
