Ok, semantics. It is not illegal to hold two drivers licences but only one is valid, that of the country in which you are resident. You can be fined if you do not live at the address given on the GB...

But you can't legally have a GB licence if non resident. You have to inform DVLA of any change of address but you cannot use a non GB address. So no if you are not resident then your licence is not...

It says clear as day on the govUk website that to hold a GB licence you must be resident in GB.

Which country are you resident in? Only one license will be valid. If you are not a UK resident then your license is duff.

But your GB license isn't valid as doesn't have your current address on it.
