It's not their reply.It's just an acknowledgment receipt of my complaint/suggestion.They 'll reply me in detail within 20 working days as per their rules.

I want to refer Canada's Client Service.They have given separate timeliness for each Region and then for Each country and there is a huge difference between a HR and Low Risk country.

There must be some sort of Clear time limits.17 months for CSL applicants is no more a fair deal for a particular HRC.DIAC had been claiming 12 months for CSL's.If only Pakistani applicants...

You know our police dealing;If the delay is from the local side,then we all must look into the issue through FIA local agency.

Dear All Concerned

Because of the excessive delays in security checks for HRC(especially Pakistan),It's a growing concern now for the much older applicants(17 months older now even being on CSL.)....
