Apart from a few streets here and there in a few cities, the whole of Canada 'feels' poor when compared to the UK, Germany or Northern Europe.

You added that. I was simply talking about academic success in a formal education setting not whether you can balance egg boxes on your nose or make ballon animals.

Obviously there can be different outcomes at an individual level, outliers so to speak, but if you surveyed a 1000 households in your neighbourhood then statistically speaking those mothers lacking...
