I don't know about the private schools. But in the public schools you can register anytime.

Yes, I have applied at CHC Singapore. Submitted Police cert. on 24th Sept. and they received on 25th. Received PPR through email on 7th December. Got another PPR sent through mail...

SUbmitted passport to CHC Dhaka on 9th December. Received email reply from CHC Singapore on 3rd January:

"We have finalized your application and the passport will be returned to our Dhaka office...

I had to get clearance from one country only. But one of my friends submitted from two countries and he received ppr just one month after medical. Just a lucky guy:)

May be you are right, but I have used the the first address five times without any problem. I have used DHL.
