Which is the quickest and safest way to post documents out to Oz?

Gems, can you not buy a house before your PR visa? Friends of ours did. I think they bought approximately 6 months before hand. Not sure how, but did.
It was their first house down under.

Hi just had ours done, £590 for medicals (2 adults and 2 kids) £165 for 3
X rays = £755 in total.
