Showers at Singapore airport
We are making the move to Bribie Island on the 10th November and have booked our flights with Singapore Airlines.
We have a two hour transit at Singapore before our Brisbane flight.
Does anyone know if there is anywhere in the airport that we could take a shower. We are flying economy class.
Thank you.

There is a gorgeous rooftop swimming pool that is free and has showers and towels. We used it when we travelled in March

Just walk towards whichever end is close to you. One is a gym, that provides showers for the traveller as well, just adjacent to it. Cost is about $5.
The other end is a hotel, but you just go to reception and ask for a pass to use the shower, which they do all the time, and these are just off reception. About the same price.
They provide towels - best if you take your own shower lotion as there may or may not be soap. Even if there is none, you still feel refreshed.
Flights etc are irrelevant - it's open to all airport users and is still a good hidden secret, so you pretty much always walk into one. I think the gym area has more showers than the hotel but you'll arrive at the International terminal anyway thus will have no issues finding them.

Go to the airport swimming pool. It cost us about £4 each and that was hire of a towel, we got a cup of tea, biscuit and there are showers with shower gel, shampoo etc. You jump on the internal train and it is there is about 1 min. Brilliant. We were in at 10pm and it was 30 degrees. The planes are ready to land you see them above the pool. Take your costumes in your bag thats all.

The Ambassador Transit Lounge is a pay per visit lounge you could use with shower facilities, food and drink. Head toward airline lounges and up the escalator.

Unlike the facilities in terminal one and two, the Terminal three Ambassador transit lounge also offers large "family rooms" for showers so you can keep young kids in with you while showering - helpful when you've got an active toddler on your hands!

What's the deal with this new Terminal 3 at Changi then, any good ? Anything like the other huge terminals with all awesome shops, bars, restaurants and free Internet/XBox ?
Been through Changi many times but have not seen T3.

T3's still getting going, really. Between us leaving in May and going back through in Sep a few more outlets had opened, but it's still pretty sparse compared to T1 and T2.
IMHO too many designer shops and not enough useful shops. Nice signs and graphics though (worked for the company that did them).
Changi's website has (or certainly used to have) a separate section on T3. I'm sure there will be free internet but there's certainly wifi as I remember using it while having a snack. Plenty of power sockets, too.
edit: One thing I don't like, but it's hardly life-threatening, is the Krisflyer lounge (the one for plebs) doesn't have toilets in it, and the toilets close by don't have showers.
