Then I can still recommend Victoria, but make sure that her qualifications do not involve a further three years training over here, cos they wont tell you until you arrive!

Thanks for suggestions, my time in Vancouver was interesting, reminded me of London a tiny bit, when I was woken by gunshots at 1am.
