In terms of partners being allowed in, I was. I had to wait a little while for them to do things to her first but it was no problem. It depends on the individual hospital.

Not true. You can get a prescription from anywhere in Europe on an EHIC. But you may have to pay some of the cost...

Just like here, it can depend on the practice and if the GP knows about EHICs....

A temporary one, yes.

No idea what the Valencians are going to charge but it will still be better than a lot of private health options. Except of course, you will only be covered in Valencia.
