I think is a great idea to clarify if he is a U.S. citizen or NOT. :rolleyes:





They are just going to reject his application for a Certificate of Citizenship, and remove the U.S. Passport...

It will be good if he pokes a stick into the USCIS to clarify his doubts of whether he is a U.S. citizen or not! Peace of mind! Don't you think?

And it always better to have an USCIS Certificate...

Keep in mind that not everybody require an interview before taking the Oath. My brother was required all those documents while my sister, even though, she went to an interview they didn't ask her...

Yes, my 4 years old nephew and my 15 years old sister already had their U.S. passports.

I've been to the Netherlands, and i will choose Australia to live, don't get me wrong, The Netherlands is a wonderful country. I lots of Duch are leaving The Netherlands for Australia.

I don't consider what i said is irresponsible, what happened to him/her happened to ME. His/her Green Card expired NOT his/her status as a Permanent Resident.

He will answer that question with the truth, he was a minor when his parents took him out the country, what can he do? tell his parents at the age of 12yr no i'm staying by myself here in the U.S....

It's not a fair question, i live here in U.S. and i've been to Austrialia and i love it there. They are both great countries with a lot to offer.
