Malaysia is such a beautiful country with nice and forthcoming people living there. I believe the downside of the rainfalls is far outweighed by the quality of life there.

I'd pick Germany. But then again I'm a woman so national service does not apply to me. I believe if you exceed a certain age you will not get drafted.
