Thanks for the advice. Probably use realtor to avoid scams. I can definitely understand not allowing dogs in condos and rentals where landlords have allergies.

Thanks for reply. Looking at under an hour commute, if that's possible ;-), semi-rural/suburbs or outskirts of city, not that fussy but don't want city centre. Stores and cinema within short drive....

Well I'm 4ft 10in in my socks but OH is very good at all things DIY so I may stick to painting and interior design. OH has always wanted to buy a reno project, so I'm sure we'll do one eventually.
