I think you would get noise anywhere. I live in the old town and have great spanish neighbours but they seem to have a thing for moving furniture at 3 in the morning and really enjoy a noisy chat at...

Good luck with the move and the new business venture. We have been in spain now for 6 years and run a guesthouse. Hard work not just with the house but also the paperwork...it takes forever to get...
