Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. Well, we are booked now for IELTS on Sept 6th. That was the earliest available date, and at least its sooner than I expected.

Thank you very much for the detailed response. I think I will follow your advise and make a booking for both me and my wife to do the IELTS test ASAP, to avoid any further delays with the ITA thing...
