Also check out your Embassy here and in Canada, they will have, hopefully, section on advice for their citizens moving...

Come and spend some time in a B&B, get to know the people in one location and ask about renting. Word of mouth, local papers,...

Yep you are right, it is now a buyers market.

We have a lots of private sales on our classifieds and I am sorry to say most are Brits with a second homes here wanting to sell to free up some money...

Yep we have had guests attend from Jaen, Alcadete, Martos and most of the other villages. It is entirely non commercial, just a community integration project that we rustled up!
