457 upon arrival -> 121 after a 2 yrs.

Sounds good to me.

I think ens 121 is only available for senior executive level and above.

Or perhaps I could ask my employer to start with 457, when I arrive and work for a certain period of time,...

Ok. I didnt know that after 4 yrs I still have a chance of not getting PR. Goshh... which means I must pay the 175 application myself? I know it's independent and perhaps employers won't pay for it?...

Is this low? Bottom end? I'm structural engineer relocating to Melbourne. 4 years experience in buildings and 1 year in bridges.

I haven't got any OZ experience tho... Only relocation fees, no...
