Default Meinhardt Group?

Hi there,

Does anyone works in Meinhardt or perhaps knows someone who work in Meinhardt in Melbourne? Are they a respectable company on the market? Are they considered huge organisation?

I've received an offer from them and I want to know more about the working environment, no. of people in office, work/life, social within the company etc...

Ideas welcomed. Thank you!!!

My best friend works for them in Adelaide. She's very happy in her job. Company seems ok.

Meinhardt are a solid company with a good reputation.

If no-one on the forum can help you with direct answers on the EVP of the company, I suggest that you call them and ask to enter into communication with someone in your team. This way you forge a relationship and also get to know something about the company and how it operates in your division.

Thank you for your suggestion. Yes I have already contacted the HR and hopefully get something back.

But I also want to gather opinions from outsiders...basically to see the box from outside to find out their strength, market position, benefits for employees etc...

I am not suggesting that you speak with HR, I am suggesting that you speak with one of your future fellow colleagues to get the lowdown on the company and the reality of working for them.

You need to consider not only the strength and benefits of Meinhardt but also the EVP of direct and indirect competitors.
