Thanks for your reply :) I am guessing if i wanted to go into KL central i would need a visa-is that right? and if so, would i organise it via travel agent...sorry, probably really dumb question!!!!!...

Did talk to a few, but none could match the price i got, and unfortunately i needed to do it as cheapily as possible :( Could have just gone with Air Asia all the way, but didn't fancy it so will...

Thanks for that. Booked online via Emirates (following a phone call) and to cut a long story short there was a morning flight, but can't make that one, so has to be the evening with the longer...

If he does he won't make it to tuesday i tell you!!! What with book lists, uniform, acceptance fee, school fees, shoes etc its going to cost us an absolute fortune! Kids ..... why did we ever have...

Many thanks for your suggestions. Will look into those areas too.

The commute doesn't bother me as i used to drive at least an hour to work at home, its the kids and schools that concern us more...
