I don't think you will need new form 80 as you have already filled it out and sent it online, it is only for peeps who have not sent the above mentioned forms yet. I have not sent our med forms...

I just looked up some review of our apartment on mounts bay rd where we booked and it seems to be a nice place to stay and explore the city from. Anyone has any first hand knowledge of the place?:)
