We could have the test done but the time limit is against us. Although the local vet could take the sample it has to be sent of to a specifically recognized laboratory and from my recollection...

Tried the local Spanish consulate and to honest they did not know (true) The blood test does require a waiting period of I believe one month for a reply and result and we travel in two...
