I'm a midwife in Melbourne and yes most are obstetric based! depends what area you live in and if you want to commute.

Avoid private as they are know as caesarean palaces here and very obstetric...

don't know what you mean? Does your contract say 3 years? Did your employer do this before they sponsored you for your 856?

I called an migration agent, a respected one from one of these sites and he said that once you are PR, irrespective of which number visa you have, you are entitled to...
