I'm just going by our timeline, and it seems you're on track. We're Feb 06 AOR, had our update letter in May, sent docs back mid-May, had meds in August and had PPR in October. So...

I've been using HIFX for the last year - house proceeds, regular transfer for mortgage, one off transfers etc. Always got good rates and very prompt transfers. Would highly recommend them....

It's difficult to know which way round to do everything - sell house first and hope to get positive LMO sooner rather than later or get paperwork to go to Canada and have to wait for house sale!!...

We are AOR 22 Feb 06 and were given a 39 month wait. 90 day letter received 2 May 08 - 27 months after applying!:)
