We left nearly 3 months ago and our house is still empty but we are ok with that as it is also up for sale and hubby didnt really want tennants anyway!!!

Our letting agents did say it was ok to do so, plenty people do. You just have to make tennants aware it is up for sale (let in viewers by arrangements) and that they can complete their tennancy term...

The school we have looked at is Safety Bay HS. We are not looking at private schools as they all seem to be religious and we are not so it seems...

She was 12 in April 2010 and will be starting school in WA in Feb 2011 for the start of the new term/year.

I/We are just starting to look before we arrive in Oz -Rockingham area.
