Re: UK marriage visitor visa

Congratulations.

It does seem like after all the waiting the interview would actually amount to something. Instead it is just a few minutes and it is finally all over.

You're picking a great...

Re: Would you do it all over again and would you encourage others to emigrate to the

The K1 is usually a month or two quicker than the CR1, with the added time of the duration of our engagement would make it quicker regardless of when we applied. In our particular case there would...

Re: Would you do it all over again and would you encourage others to emigrate to the

Good question, but it took me a year to get here after we got married and with the K1 we could have applied straight after getting engaged and had a shorter wait to get me stateside. Since it was...

Re: So, guess what we're gonna do?

Re: Would you do it all over again and would you encourage others to emigrate to the

1. Would you do it again?
Yes, but now that I know more I wouldn't do it the same way. I came on a CR1 and would now have used a K1.

Re: Adding to Husband (to be)'s Medical Insurance

We used Immigration as a life changing event to be added to the health insurance before open enrollment, but I was already married before coming over on a CR1 visa.

Why not have a quick legal...

Re: Never thought I'd ask this...... Florida???

I live further south and on the Atlantic coast, but my in-laws live near Tampa in Holiday (that's the town) near Tarpon Springs and that's a nice area, but a long commute to Orlando.

Just asked my...

Re: Delta gave fiance trouble...

My hubby has been collecting delta miles for several years. He tends to book domestic flights when cashing in skymiles as they've always been better value. This summer we're going to Hawaii for a...

Re: Cadbury's Caramel

I'll have a roll and sausage although the bridies do sound good as well. Can't beat a proper Scottish roll fresh from the bakers, and a nice slice of Lorne freshly made at the butchers. It'll...

Re: UK marriage visitor visa

We only supplied one affidavit with the application, then I took more evidence to the interview, but the ConOff wasn't interested in seeing any of the relationship evidence, even though I caused a...

Re: Duggar Wedding Show Last Night

Since they are already 3 months pregnant I think they are definitely having fun. Having children doesn't mean you can't have fun anymore, it just changes they dynamics a bit.

Re: Duggar Wedding Show Last Night

I've just discovered this thread, so a bit late. We don't have TV so don't watch any of the programmes. I do know about the Duggars though. I know it is probably really difficult for people to...

Re: UK marriage visitor visa

Re: Quick question on timing

Call the telephone number and use the USCIS ref number you already have. They will then give you the new NVC Case number. Your husband then emails the choice of agent details. That way you don't need...
