Re the pricing of English lessons here in R.E. the normal rate is €20 an hour and for every extra person in the group add another €5. Obviously, if you have a large group (might be difficult) you...

You have a set time to pay the fine and if not done so the fine goes up and up and up, so like Duffer says just pay it and be done with it.

I ca't recommend anyone specifically but if you check under english yellow pages for ITALy you will find all english speaking professionals for Italy.
