I have had a bit of experience with this when I went travelling for a year and rented out my house. For the rental income you will need to apply to the Inland Revenue to be paid the full income...

That makes perfect sense, at the time of applying we were unsure of the date we wanted to enter Oz, that woudl explain why the agent said hold of on the Meds and PCCs,...
