Homestead exemption needs to be filed before March 1st. LPR will be way after that, mainly because I need to wait for my federal tax return before I have enough $'s for the fees.

I'm not sure of...

Lived in the states 6 years, missed 3 grandparents and 1 uncle popping off. The family understood. Wasn't pleasant, but it is just the way things are.
