CHANGE OF POSITION WITH SAME EMPLOYER- 457 VISA

Hey,

We have come here on 457 Visa and there's been a diffferent position (Manager) that has come up with the same employer who sponsored my husband. This new position is not on our 457 Visa.

We find the weather scorching hot especially around midday to 4.00pm. My OH wanted to go back the next day!!! He is settling in slowly....... ;)

We have finally got our 457 VISA!!:rofl: Didn't know wether to laugh or to cry. Got reponse within a week of lodging the VISAS. V. happy.
We are now really under pressure to sell the house....

Your agent would advise you of completing the visa forms, then medicals.
Our medicals have been received in Sydney this morning. :) So waiting for a POSITIVE RESPONSE now.... We managed to...

We just done our medicals and XRAYS for the 457 visa on 8/8/08. Have put the house up for sale about a couple of months...

Hi Paul,

My man originally applied for the following classification:
4314-11 general electronic instrument tradeperson which was unsuccessful. :(

He then changed his classification to 4315-11...
