Thanks for the quick response, it seems better to me than the old way as the waiting after the medical seems to last forever, it should make planning dates far easier for people.

No I don't have that album, I seem to recall some Oi bands Peter and the test tube babies, Angela Rippons bum, not something I was really into but there were some great tracks about.

You will still be able to travel to the USA on the visa waiver, you will not need a B2, in fact you are unlikely to be approved for a B2 visa.

As Dean just said ESTA approval allows you to board the plane and Enter the Immigration hall, without ESTA approval you wouldn't leave Heathrow, now all you can really do is the same as the rest of...
