Did the PEER exams about 6 weeks ago and have my Elec license, I live in Adelaide at the mo so going back to PEER to do the contractors would be handy, think ill get in touch with them. ...

Sure, Im classed as a General Electrician. Applied for 175, changed to 176 state sponsored shortly after my trade was taken off the CSL, few months later they granted me a 175.
No explaination why,...

Think you have to divide the units by 3 to give you units per phase

= 13, 13, 14. so youd be using the 6 to 20 living blocks per phase column.
