The horse bussiness is something I had to learn when I got here. I used to be a lab tech for the Blood Service in England so its been a real change for me.

Even if they are common food back home the yanks love them. I made sausage rolls to take to a pot luck reception (and I made a bunch of them) they were all gone by the time I had taken my coat off....
