we applied for OHIP and we where asked to prove we are residents i.e by providing our lease agreement, bills in our name etc.

no need to worry, we landed in 2005 and have gone in and out 6 times since then it was pretty straight forward you wont need to go to to a special corner at the airport

i guess you will also need to show prove that you are a resident by showing bills in your name and also accommodation

That will be nice. for now OH is looking out for jobs in and oil and gas company cos we dont want to relocate without having a job first. We landed in Dec 2005 but left after we picked out PR cards...
