In my fairly limited experience the british population is spread out. With no (little) language issue and the british reserve we don't seem to want to live near our fellow countrymen.

Yes sorry I should have said. Don't go to the driver centre on Saturday or Monday. I went on Thursday first thing and it was painless. You will need to take a written and driving test. I would...
