If you have an occupation that is on the immediate skill shortage list can you still claim bonus points for absolute skills shortage, as you can if you have one on the long term skill shortage...

My wife has an NVQ level 2 in Disability care and support, would this qualification be recognised by the NZQA and also NZIS for points on an EOI?
