hi can -heading out on 5.11.07 as part of a free flight agent thing- but trying to get an idea of what if any they might negotiate the fee - the one you bought did you just pay the asking price?...

looking at property through sites primelocation and theGPG.com-seems many of the properties are on many sites -these act as agents for the developers -simiar to MEdsea.
Was hoping someone had bought...

OFF PLAN -is buying a house that is duw to be completed or due to start. seems a lot of development in calabria is off plan.
Do you own property in italy?
Any experiences to share?

looking at buying an off plan property in calabria -was wonderling if anyone has negotiated a reduction in the selling price - maybe a percentage or a fixed amount - what has been your experience.?
