Re: 6 hrs in Abu Dhabi this week, 12 hrs next week ... suggestions please!

Re: Non Profit Boat Share - Melbourne

It's $7,909 a year for a wet birth for a 30 footer at St Kilda.

I think if we factor in another...

Re: Non Profit Boat Share - Melbourne

Hi,

yeah these are one of the ones I was referring to in my original post.

Costs a fortune for very little use and no capital in the boat.

In my view a complete waste of money whereas...

Re: Non Profit Boat Share - Melbourne

Hi,

Re: Non Profit Boat Share - Melbourne

Another option if a group is established and all are agreed is to look at importing a boat from America.

This would result in ownership of a newer boat and if after a year or so one of the parties...

Re: Real estate joke

Just put a lowball offer in - don't know why people get hung up on if a place isn't clean or the furniture is crap etc.

When you buy the house it...

Re: Salary Change Since Arrival

I did start on a very very low salary at the time mind so I thought the number would look pretty weird.

6493% based on what was deemed...
