Just to let everyone know that we completed on the 12th June at our property At Isca Marina. After a nightmare situation with the lawyers which thankfully got sorted in the end...

I received your email and tried to respond but to no avail, as we bought at Isca Marina we are also without pool, but i dont think rentals or resale would be that drastic...

sorry, i have bought a duplex apartment in Isca Marina which is due for completion around april 08 so i need some air conditioning putting in and wondered if you new of anybody who could help me:)

seeing as you are a resident in the summer would you be able to recommend any tradesmen and anybody to install air con in the Isca/Soverato area.
